You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Using bots, scrapers, automated tools, or any form of data extraction
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
• Providing false or misleading information
• Copying or reproducing content without permission

Warranty providers connected through the Services are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their conduct, pricing, terms, or decisions. Any agreement you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider.

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, approval by any provider, or uninterrupted access to the Services. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XWarranties’ total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to $0.00 USD.

We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, technical failures, or damages caused by third-party providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold XWarranties harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Services or interactions with third-party providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before beginning arbitration, both parties must attempt informal negotiations for at least 30 days.

Any dispute will be resolved by one arbitrator in Missouri, using the English language, under Missouri law. Class actions are not permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason.
