XWarranties does not guarantee any specific quotes, pricing, coverage
options, or services from our partner warranty providers. We do not control the pricing, terms, conditions, or availability of services offered by third-party warranty companies. Any agreements you enter into will be directly with the warranty provider, not with XWarranties.
12. COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
XWarranties receives compensation from home warranty providers when we refer qualified leads. We may sell or share your information with multiple providers in our network. This compensation structure does not influence the quotes or services you receive from warranty providers. Each provider operates independently and is responsible for their own pricing and services.
13. THIRD-PARTY CONTACT
When you submit a request for quotes, your information may be shared with a home warranty provider. You may be contacted by this company via phone, email, or text message. XWarranties is not responsible for the frequency, timing, or content of communications from third-party providers.
14. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill
the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including connecting you with warranty providers and complying with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us, though information already shared with partner providers will be subject to their own retention policies.
15. NATURE OF OUR SERVICE
XWarranties is a comparison and referral service only. We are NOT a home warranty company, insurance provider, or service contractor. We do not provide, sell, or administer home warranty coverage. We do not employ technicians or handle warranty claims. All warranty services, coverage, and claims are handled directly by the independent warranty provider you choose to work with.
